But the guys from Psyonix studio have a successful experience in this - they invented football on wheels. Let's see what kind of beast it is.

It seems that there is little difference from the usual football - there is one ball and a couple of teams that are fighting for it. There are gates, there are stands with fans, there are passions, emotions, in general, everything is as we used to. But no one comments on the enchanting action that is taking place - this is one time. And there are two bright cars chasing a ball across the lawn.

The masters of the Psyonix studio already own one toy within the framework of their own genre, invented by them - it is called Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars for PlayStation 3. While the game has not yet started, we are deciding which car we will play and embellish it to our own taste, and changes can be made not only externally, but, for example, to change the tires or the type of acceleration. For example, money or soap bubbles can be generously poured out of the exhaust pipe. But that's it, alas. All the individual features of the cars in this game come to an end, and as a result they are almost indistinguishable from each other, and nothing can be done about it. There are 4 modes too, and they differ only in the number of participants. There is a one-on-one mode, also 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4. In the latter case, a natural pile comes out-small.

But the game definitely doesn't lose out in terms of passion - it will keep you in decent suspense. You are not constrained by strict rules - the main thing is to score as many balls as possible while there is time. If you have an equal score with your opponent at the end of the match, then you still play until the first goal. The cars behave very smartly and energetically - they run, jump, jump, fly. And if you run out of nitro, you will only need to drive at a certain point on the playing field. At the same time, we are pleased with the comfortable and simple operation.
The game's design is pleasing in terms of effects - maneuvers, collisions are very juicy and bright, and goals are accompanied by such a roar that you will jump on the spot. The graphics are a little disappointing, but that's what we want from an indie project.


The game makers have connected PC users and the fourth PS to the possibility of playing together, so you are unlikely to be bored. And even if it turns out that there is no one online, you can always treat yourself to the main campaign. And the main campaign is like this - battles with teams and career growth. Everything is simple.

The game is good for everyone, but after a while it gets a little boring - you want new cars, new maps and new features. The customization options that are available are quickly exhausted.
